Restless legs syndrome, or RLS, is a serious, but treatable condition. Approximately 10 percent of American adults have RLS,1 many of whom are undiagnosed or not being treated properly. The people you will meet on this site are real people with real stories about how their lives have been affected by RLS.
The Restless Legs Syndrome Foundation (RLS Foundation) and National Sleep Foundation (NSF) have partnered on this educational initiative in an effort to increase awareness of RLS and help people better understand that they are not alone and there are ways to manage their symptoms. We hope that you find these stories inspiring and the information and links provided helpful in addressing your own RLS.
